Selection Process
All pianos go through a rigorous selection process starting with an in depth technical appraisal by our in-house piano technician. We check on the tonal qualities and satisfaction of playing. Each piano is then prepared accordingly.
The level of showroom preparation that our pianos receive is unmatched - as are the credentials of the professionals we bring onboard to do this.
Sauter Pianos
Our exquisite German SAUTER pianos are prepared by the internationally acclaimed Dietmar Assimis-Kohls. Dietmar is the piano Consultant for the Purcell School of Music, Eton College and Morley College, and having worked his apprenticeship at the SAUTER factory in Germany, he is uniquely qualified to ensure that our SAUTER pianos are perfectly prepared.
Dietmar has been personally appointed to prepare pianos for such acclaimed artists as Nina Simone, Keith Jarrett and the London Symphony Orchestra.
Toyo Pianos
For their combination of superior quality coupled with competitive pricing, we have selected Toyo pianos as our mid range line. And fittingly we have enlisted one of Londons finest piano tuner/technicians to prepare them for us. Rob Pearce has a background in recording studios, the most demanding environment where even a slight oversight on the performance aspect of the piano could ruin an expensive session. He has earned the trust and respect of such acclaimed studios as Abbey Road and famous artists such as Muse and Coldplay.

The complimentary first tuning ensures that your new piano is as perfect in your home as it was in our showroom. Our professional tuning & technical backup is always at your disposal.
We work closely with music teachers and schools, and with our massive network of trade connections courtesy of our parent company (Heckscher & Company - supplying the trade since 1883), there is no piano related enquiry that we are unable to help with.
